possibly the best and comfortable stay on holidays. neat unit with a microwave, a coffee maker and refrigerators. very central location to the local resturants. also - really close to local shops and restaurants and a super clean.

Location
We came all the way from Canada to spend time hiking in Lorne. The service people were not friendly or helpful. We stayed for four night and our room was never serviced. We asked after day three for some fresh towels. We never received them. My husband went to the desk to see if he could get some and was told that the order had been put in. The lobby of our building was dirty with sand piles for three days. Sheets were left in piles outside the doors. The staff at the bar were not friendly. Your hotel was overpriced for what it offers. A disappointment. We will not recommend it to our friends who are traveling to australia. Elizabeth and Peter Coughlin

Gorgeous property, has polite staff on the Day 4 house keeping service. Marvellous location at a moderate distance from Main Beach. Lovely food in the casual restaurant in the vicinity.

Close to beach and shops. Julian (staff member at front desk) was very friendly and welcoming. Facilities were well maintained. Our room had everything we needed
Not enough allocated car parks. We were lucky the hotel wasn't booked out so we could park near our room

Loved the location & accom but especially loved the heated indoor pool & spa in the middle of winter. Buffet breakfast was also great.

We had a great two-night stay! The food at the onsite restaurant was delicious, especially the tender steaks. The breakfast was plentiful. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with lovely bedding.
